At Ohs and McLane we thrive to incorporate all the attributes your home has to offer in our marketing approach. We start with professional photography, by renowned architectural photographer Alberto Dominguez. Once we get the photos, we construct your exclusive marketing package. This package will start with a direct mail piece that is sent out to your neighborhood as well as to our clients that are in the market for a property like yours. We then send out an e-brochure via e-mail to all the realtors in our market area. Then we develop a four page listing brochure showcasing your home. This brochure is sent to all buyers and select realtors in our area. It is also left in your home for buyers to take as a positive visual reminder of your property. As a new listing, we offer you a spot on our Saturday Tour of Homes. This tour offers the public an opportunity to view our new listings in an abbreviated open house while the listing is new to the market.

Our Platinum marketing system puts a great deal of emphasis on Internet exposure. We are committed to exposing our listings on more sites and offering an absolutely stunning visual presentation on those sites. By utilizing Google Ads and our many affiliations, we offer a true international exposure for the properties we market.

On the print marketing side of our marketing system, we have made a very big commitment that includes newspaper, magazine and fill 4 page color brochures for every listing. This system is available to all of the properties we market and reflects our resolve to be the best real estate marketers in the industry.
